2. Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a minimum order of $25.00.
3. Are there any delivery fees? Can I request specific delivery timing?
We provide free delivery for orders $69 and above! Otherwise, there is a delivery fee of $15.
It is possible to request for a specific delivery time slot (2h time frame), however you will need to pay $15 extra. We highly not recommend so that we can optimise our delivery route and hence generating less carbon emissions on our planet!
4. Are the fresh produce safe to eat?
The answer is definitely yes! As much as we wish all food that is grown will not be wasted, we certainly do not allow spoiled fresh produce to end up on your plate! These fresh produce are generally blemished and imperfect which general consumers would not accept - we're just so glad that you can see their inner beauty and goodness.
5. Can I request for refunds if I am not satisfied with the fresh produce?
We can provide refunds if you make the request within 12 hours after delivery with the pictures of the fresh produce with elaboration for refunds. We would refund only if the item is in not usable condition, some blemishes and imperfections are expected!
6. What is your delivery process?
We optimise our delivery routes to ensure minimal carbon emissions. If you’re not at home, we will leave at the doorstep and inform you that we have delivered by sending a photo snap of your fresh produce box.
If you know you’ve ordered temperature-sensitive items, please be at home! We will reschedule delivery if you’re not at home and it will come at a charge.
7. How are the fresh produce being packed?
To reduce packaging waste, we are reusing the carton boxes which our fruits and vegetables are delivered in. Rest assured that our drivers are gentle with the handling of the carton boxes. Together, we can reduce packaging waste!
