You can do so much with Avocadoes - add them into your juice/smoothies or have them in your meals. We love smashed avocadoes on toast- so simple to prepare. Smash some avocadoes, sprinkle some salt and pepper, squeeze a spoon of lemon juice and add chili flakes. Then, spread it on your toast and add a sunny side-up on top :)
